Your emotional health and well-being deserve your care and attention. Therapy can play a role in helping achieve emotional health and well-being. For some, emotional health may be returning to their previous level of functioning which may have been impacted by the symptoms of depression or anxiety, or challenges with sleep. For others, it may be developing tools and skills to address significant life changes.

I am a clinical social worker with over 18 years of therapy practice. I hold a Masters of Social Work and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers.

My practice utilizes evidence based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices.
