Individual therapy utilizing evidenced based interventions can assist you in achieving your emotional health and well-being goals. For some, emotional health may be returning to their previous level of functioning which may have been impacted by the symptoms of depression or anxiety. For others, it may be developing tools and skills to address significant life changes.

 

While in individual therapy you will develop a care-plan to assist you in reaching your emotional well-being goals. Those goals and the evidence based interventions will be unique to you and your needs.

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration and occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

 

Session Fee $150.00

Sleep Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is the treatment of choice for those dealing with sleep challenges. Sleep challenges may include difficulties with falling asleep, staying asleep, frequent nighttime waking, or waking too early.

 

 

Sleep therapy involves you tracking your sleep for two weeks utilizing detailed sleep diaries. You will then attend a face-to-face session to develop your sleep plan. You will be contacted in one weeks time via phone to follow up with your plan. We will then meet once again face-to-face to trouble-shout any challenges and celebrate changes in your sleep patterns. You will then be called for a final follow up session in two weeks time.
